NEW~Raptor Visitor Management System~

Upon entering Red Jacket offices, visitors/volunteers will be asked to present a valid government-issued ID, which will be scanned into the system. This will require all visitors/volunteers, including parents, to bring a driver’s license, or other government-issued identification, in to the front office when visiting. 2019-2020 UPK/PreK Program Registration

The Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) program is a special program which was established by the State Education Department and the Manchester-Shortsville School District to provide an early learning experience for the children of eligible families. UPK is a state-funded program and is not mandatory.

In order to be enrolled in the UPK program, children must be four years of age on or before December 1, 2019 or otherwise eligible to attend kindergarten the following school year.
