APPR

The intent of the APPR is to provide a process which facilitates the improvement of instructional practices; encourages work toward personal, professional and district goals; recognizes and promotes professional growth; and focuses efforts on student-centered excellence in teaching, learning, supervision, and evaluation. The purpose of the New York State’s evaluation system is and should be to support teaching, learning, and talent management decisions.
