Household Income Eligibility
The Manchester-Shortsville Central School District is proud to announce that it has been approved to participate in the Community Eligibility Program (CEP). It will allow all students enrolled in the district to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge.
The CEP, which operates under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs, will reduce burdens for families and ensure every child has nutritious meals during the school year.
In order to continue to provide this opportunity and the many other services the district is able to give to our students, we are asking you to complete and return the attached Household Income Eligibility Form. The information you provide will be used to establish eligibility for state aid, grants, discounted college tuition and other state and federally run programs.
If you need assistance in filling out the application, please contact the District Office at (595) 289-2160. All information provided will remain confidential.
