This success didn’t come easy—Coach Mitchell Lalik had nothing but praise for his team’s hard work throughout the season:
"I am extremely proud of these kids and the work ethic they displayed from start to finish. All 7 runners helped us score throughout the season, including invitations at McQuaid, Newark, and Hilton. We were able to stay competitive with some of the biggest Class A schools in Rochester. As all athletes are currently in 8th grade, they will surely make a big mark next year on Varsity!"

The team’s success this season is a direct result of the dedication and leadership from Coach Lalik and volunteer assistant coach Lisa Lombardi. Their guidance and encouragement were key in helping the athletes achieve their best.
