Red Jacket Band and Chorus Make Magical Memories at Disney World
The Red Jacket Band and Chorus recently took a trip to Disney World in Orlando, Florida, marking the 7th music department trip to the magical destination since 2011. With a total of 68 kids, 12 chaperones, and two dedicated drivers hauling instruments, concert clothes, and food donations, the journey was nothing short of epic.
After arriving, Friday night was all about soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of Disney Springs, with dinner and a bit of shopping to kick off the adventure.
The real magic happened on Saturday when the Band and Chorus took to the waterside stage for exhilarating performances. The rest of the day was spent exploring the wonders of EPCOT Center, making the most of every moment together.
Beyond the performances and theme park thrills, the trip was a chance for the students to bond, share laughter, and create lasting memories that will be cherished for years to come.
Now back home, the Red Jacket Band and Chorus are basking in the glow of their unforgettable journey, proud to have represented their school with excellence and leaving a lasting mark on Disney World.
