Superintendent Chris Barnard

Mr. Christopher Barnard is currently the Superintendent of the Manchester-Shortsville Central School District, a position he has held since 2023. Prior to his current role, Barnard served as the Superintendent of Schools at Dundee Central School District. His extensive experience in education includes roles such as Intermediate School Principal at Palmyra-Macedon Central School District, Administrator, and Sixth Grade Classroom Teacher at Victor Central School District, Fourth Grade Classroom Teacher at Gates Chili Central School District, and UPK Program Lead Teacher for Action for a Better Community. Barnard is known for his dedication to education and his commitment to fostering excellence in student achievement. He is enthusiastic about joining the Manchester-Shortsville community and is eager to contribute to its rich history and culture.
