Visitor & Event Information

Our athletic fields and track are located behind the main school buildings, making them a popular gathering place for families and community members during events. As we continue to welcome guests to our campus, we kindly ask for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and well-kept environment for all.

Below are a few important expectations to keep in mind when attending events on school grounds:

No Pets on Campus

For the safety of all students, staff, and visitors, dogs and other pets are not allowed on school property — including athletic fields, walkways, and spectator areas. The only exception is for certified service animals.

Keep Wheels Off the Grass

E-bikes, scooters, bicycles, and similar devices should not be ridden or parked on grassy areas, including the fields and areas near the track. Please use the bike racks or designated parking locations near building entrances.

Park in Designated Spaces Only

To avoid damaging school property and creating safety issues, please park only in clearly marked parking spaces. Parking on the grass or along curbs is not permitted. During larger events, overflow parking areas may be available—look for signage or ask event staff for assistance.

We appreciate your help in protecting the spaces our students use every day. These expectations are in place to ensure everyone can enjoy events safely and respectfully.
