Dear Red Jacket Families:
Once again, I am so thankful for your overwhelming support of the Manchester-Shortsville Central School District! With gratitude and excitement, I am pleased to share Red Jacket’s 2023 -2024 school budget vote results with you.
The Operational Budget passed by 77.2%, with 193 YES votes and 57 NO votes.
The Bus Purchase Proposition passed by 84.1%, with 211 YES votes and 40 NO votes.
The Capital Reserve Proposition passed by 80.4%, with 201 YES votes and 49 NO votes.
Congratulations to Chelsea Carter (a/k/a Chelsea Snyder) who ran unopposed for one vacant Board of Education seat. Mrs. Carter will begin a five-year term starting July 1, 2023.
