Good evening Red Jacket Families. Under the direction of the Ontario County Department of Public Health, the Ontario County School Districts, including Red Jacket, have unanimously decided to close school Monday, March 16th. Students will report for a half-day in the morning on Tuesday, March 17th and school will be closed beginning Wednesday, March 18th, until after spring break, on April 14th.
It is important for students to report to school Tuesday, March 17th, to receive directions regarding Google Classroom and online instruction. They will also pick up instructional materials and personal belongings.
More information will be provided to students and parents in the next few days. In the meantime, please continue following the directions provided by Ontario County Public Health and the CDC (Center for Disease Control) regarding hand washing, social distancing, and sanitizing.
