Welcome to 5th Grade ELA and Mathematics!!  I am so excited to have such amazing groups this year.  You can find photos, links to useful websites, helpful attachments, and classroom news on my website.  Please use this wonderful tool to keep up to date as to what is happening in our class and as a means of communication.

I am also very pleased to have the opportunity to teach 4th and 5th grade robotics in RtI, as well as kindergarten RtI.  In robotics, the students work in teams to build and program Lego Mindstorm robots.  Our focus for this interest group, is to provide students with experience in problem solving, engineering concepts, and working as a cohesive team.  Our first session was a great success!  I am looking forward to working with my new groups this session and having a wonderful time!
