Celebrate life and health and wash your hands!  We are blessed with hot and cold running water, not to mention soap and paper towels.   Eat right, get plenty of rest and consider the people around you.  We will get through this flu season.

Come to class prepared to participate and expect to enjoy the process.  No one can give what you have to offer.  Your gifts and talents are unique and needed so we all can grow, learn and improve.
